Is this some kind of joke? The Rocky Mountains is your back yard in Logan. Unless you're some fat arse who avoids the outdoors you must be mistaken that Logan is an awesome place to go to school.

Those videos are awesome. No one beats our crowd for football or baseball. Basketball is another story.

Every time I see a thread about the student section at the PMAC I have to post about the reason it sucks.
LSU ruined the atmosphere in the PMAC in two ways:
1. Losing
2. Moving the student section.
Solution:
1. Win consistently
2. Relocate the student section back to the same configuration it had during the Chris Jackson/Shaq years.

it's hard to be awesome when the Athletic Department squished your section into a fraction of one end of the court. Half of that end is big wide seats for overweight lazy arse media.
When I was at LSU one side of the court was students and it was loud and a blast.

But when it was at half court and and a ranked Tenn. Team is in town and the half court seats had at most 30 students, why would you keep rewarding students unused seats at mid court.
And plenty of students at other schools show up for baseline seats

I think most schools baseline student seats are actually the full baseline instead our stupid set up of lazy fat media, students and the band.

I live in Wellsville, less than 1/2 mile from the base of the Wellsville mountains and look across at the Bear River range against which Logan nestles. And used to live in Provo-Orem for 15 years. And grew up in Alexandria, undergrad at La. Tech, grad in N.O., bleed P&G. Basically one bar in Logan, the White Owl. Logan is about same altitude as Provo so analogy for Salt Lake-Park City doesn't hold. Winter in the valleys is the pits when it doesn't snow-air is almost intolerable. But when y'all are sweating in Jun-Sept, it is unbeatable out here. So, you picks your poison... Haven't been to USU b'ball game yet, but heard it's great atmosphere.
