Notre Dame top 3 is legitimately a joke. Their best win is over 5-3 Wisconsin who just got beat 30-0 by an unranked team. At best they should be around where LSU is

And the committee will fall right in line
It’s always about wins and losses

Would be better going back to old bcs rankings

The talent in the SEC and the B10 is heads and shoulders above any other conference. The ACC is a somewhat close 3rd but beyond that no other conference comes close.

Notre Dame is a media darling who schedules one or two tough games a year then fills in the rest of their schedule with patsy's they pass off as historic rivals.

But as long as the teams in SEC and the B10 beat up on each other it makes it extremely easy for the media hounds to rank unbeaten and one loss IND, ACC, B12, PAC-12 and MW ahead of 2 or 3 loss SEC and B10 teams.

Teams with 2 losses will never be ranked ahead of power conference teams that are undefeated, It's always been that way.

But ... but ... Utah and UCLA are both in the rarefied strata of 8-0 undefeatedness whereas the Tigers have two losses already.

The guy literally just broke down to you WHY, LSU wins are more quality than the teams in question. Even though people say LSU shouldn't be ranked well because of the teams theyve played.
