You aren't seriously suggesting we run Wildcat, are you?
For a play or two here or there, why not? Fournette can throw too which adds a whole nother dimension to it.

Is Leonard really faster? I have to doubt that from what I've seen.
Fournette is definitely faster. Guice is quicker.

Could be the perfect mix for now. Gets Guice plenty of touches, and also mixes Leonard in but limits his touches, in case you absolutely need him in at the end. I think it would work great. Letting Guice put in the workhorse load, and using Leonard for 3rd and short plays would be $

Fournette is faster straight away running but guice has more moves than fournette. Have yall seen the fricking cuts that guice makes?! He's so elusive. We have to give him touches no matter what. Leonard will get his caries but damn, at this point I would have to give guice and leonard split 50/50 on the carries. There are some runs that guice has made that even leonard, as great as he is, couldn't have made. Guice is special and I believe has a chance to be really special in his future as a tiger.

I'm not getting in a debate over who is better Fournette our Guice. Fournetted is a running back with size and skill set you don't see what once every 15 years maybe, but Guice have some special attributes you don't see often either but it does seem to me Guice hits the hole a lot faster. Maybe he has a little better vision or might be because, Fournette has been banged up all year and I hit the hole that fast last year

If fournette is 100% he's the main man but we need to use guice too ole miss is terrible vs the run so both need plenty of touches. That being said our oline is hurt and not great to begin with so we need to keep using the pass to open things up. More of what we did to start the game vs mizzou and not southern miss.

You guys are nuts, run then in a rotation and keep legs fresh. Lf7 is the starter.

One potential issue is different running style, might need different blocking.
Fournette hasn't been great this season (BLASPHEMY! I know), when it comes to the beginnings of his runs. Maybe it's the injuries, but there's been a lot of ankle tackles for short gains. Once he's clear of the line and has room to accelerate into the open, he's still a beast.
Guice, right now, definitely seems to get through the initial line a lot better. He's running through those ankle tackles. He doesn't explode quite like Fournette when he's in the open, but he's also not requiring a clean hole to make yards. Seems like he has better balance.
The short version:
with a clean hole, Fournette can take it to the house; and Guice can get a 50-60 yd run.
With congestion and arms flailing at their ankles, Fournette is going down this year; and Guice is churning through and getting more consistent 5+ yds per run.

I wouldn't use fournette against ole miss until it's proven necessary
He needs real game touches to "knock off the rust" before a 2 week layoff before playing BAMA.

4.42 LF
4.46 DG
That is the info I have.

You obviously know nothing about high ankle sprains

Things are not always what they seem against Mizzou and Southern Miss.....

I want Guice to get a lot of touches but, I don't really think of LF as a "3rd down back".
We've had teams with two good RBs before and gotten them both plenty of carries.
I think that's what we see with these two going forward.

If LF is healthy he should get the most carries.
Lf is better than Guice. I love Guice but its not like we went up against great defenses,

In my view, Guice demonstrates NOTICEABLY better vision. He did last year too.
Obviously, LF is much more punishing and, faster.
I think they compliment each other. Some defenses are more susceptible to guys like Guice, some are more susceptible to bruisers like LF(bruiser probably isn't the right word cause he's not just a banger).
I'm totally fine with both getting carries and whomever is giving the defense fits gets the most.

The issue at hand, though: Fournette, the way he's looked this season, doesn't give you the consistency you need, if there isn't dominant blocking. He can rip off big chunks once he is clear of the melee at the line of scrimmage, but there's too many times he's gone down without a positive gain. You turn him sideways, he's been stopped most of the time. You chop him with your arm at his ankles, he's gone down. You give him a clean path and let him get up to speed, and yes, he's gone.
We're unlikely to face another opponent this season that we can blow big holes in the line for him.
We haven't seen a lot of Guice against better opponents, but he did well in limited action against them. Like I said, he's much better at churning and spinning to a 5 yd gain when everything is mucked up. He won't outrun Bama's secondary, but it's unlikely Fournette gets to the secondary vs them either. So against a team like that, I would rather have the guy bouncing around and getting you something, instead of the guy getting jammed up.
If Fournette can regain his initial explosion, then it may change up; but honestly, at this point, I think you might do the reverse of what we all expected: bang the defense around with Guice to tire them out some, and then throw Fournette at them as they start to tire.
