Is the Superdome an option? Keeps it Neutral and logistically its perfect.

I really feel New Orleans made more sense for LSU as I would have to believe they will lose future revenue in a make up game to South Carolina. Plus New Orleans is an indoor stadium so you don't have the normal field issues, it is a smaller stadium, and a hub for travel. South Carolina fans may actually go to New Orleans imo on short notice.

Why would they have a make up game? In theory we'd be donating a lot of the money regardless.

Then he should be willing to move the game to BR with a contingency that portions of the proceeds go to relief help. Also, this saves him from having to pay to use another facility and lose a lot of money in the process.

Somewhat interesting, my hotel in Columbia hasn't called yet to inquire about me giving up my room for support crews/evacuees.

So LSU will not trade a future home game in the series for the home game? I find that unlikely.

I agree -- and I think that's where it will land. But he has a duty to explore all options.

So you think we'd agree to play 5 conference road games in a season?

The game in 2021 will be in BR. Either way.

They'd have to completely change the sec schedule to make that happen. We ain't having 3 sec home games and 5 away.

LOL

Mascona will repeat this every 30 minutes, saying they will have a guy on to talk about the game location.

When he finally gets on in the final 15 minutes, Cloninger will say no decision has been made yet.

Mine either. I reserved a room in Charlotte just in case, and my brother lives in Columbus GA if it's moved to ATL

We will have to see what coles of all of this. I would not be surprised if we end up losing a future home game.
