Through 3 full SEC series, the ONLY players on the team with more hits than strikeouts are Tommy White, Braswell, and Milazzo. The only player on the team hitting over .300 in SEC play is Braswell, who everybody wanted benched last night for an error, which in fairness, did lead to losing.

This team was going to go as far as Kling and Neal were going to take us.

Neither of them is taking us anywhere and that’s why we find ourselves here.

When one of the best hitters in ncaa is hitting below .275 in SEC, you know something is just off. What it is, I have no clue

I think the obvious move is more Milazzo at catcher. Obviously not based on this small sample size, but these games are coming down to a few plays here and there. Best defensive catcher on the team, and probably brings more to the table offensively than Neal at this point.

Neal and Kling need to go through a 2023 Josh Pearson transformation.

It's almost like we went up against some of the best pitching in the country or something.

lol Braswell as our leading sec hitter that’s just so fitting with every other off kilter aspect of this teams identity right now

I don’t disagree - but he was supposed to be acceptable in spite of his bat lol

And yet Milazzo dropped the ball on the strikeout against Florida, which led to our loss

Kindly include in the total, and in bold, his 0.00 batting average. Although it can be easily calculated by looking at the numbers, I feel it important to state it.

I’ve seen this a couple of times today. You know he didn’t drop that ball right? It was a spiked pitch in the dirt

How many times has White hit into a double play. Gotta be on pace for some kind of record

Dude get your head head out of the sand. They haven’t hit very well against scrub teams this year either. They make 10 ERA pitchers look like prime Clayton Kershaw on a regular basis this year. There is definitely something off about this team.
