Those lines imply a 10 or 11 to 3 or 4 type game. That would be a good offensive game for the Tigers.

Under just dropped a full point. Glad I jumped at 14.5

This has changed. As of now LSU is -5000. So maybe that means we start an ace?

Yes ace must be starting because O/U just dropped along with all the other lines have major movement.

Maybe Vegas knows something we don’t yet… like we are pitching someone other than Anderson or Eyanson.

Doubt this is the case. Jay Johnson doesn’t try to get too cute. And he will want to keep his rotation on schedule going into supers (unless he knows a BR super regional would be Sat-Monday)

I didn’t think we pitch off either but Little Rock is the worst team in the tournament. We should be able to start Noot and easily win.

That said, not sure why the line would drop from -10000 to -3000 overnight. Now it’s back up to -5000 so who knows.

There isn’t a lot of betting action college baseball so big bets can swing the lines pretty easily. Part of the reason that bama coach was caught, a 10k bet on a regular season game sent up a huge red flag as they just don’t happen

The line is reflective of the idea that an ace will start

Right but if someone else started the line would still be absurd

We went from -10000 to -3000 ML and also the run line of 4.5 dropped from -550 to -285.

Nope. The line opened at LSU -2500

No. Still -3500 an hour before first pitch

It was *literally* -10000 last night when I looked at 8:30pm.

That's very true. If you want to light a match to your money and watch it burn that's on you, but don't just assume that's what every sports fan wants or needs. That's all the freaking media pushes now. Anything for the almighty dollar. I can watch a game just fine without having to blow my money hoping to "strike it big"

Don’t know where you looked, but the highest it’s been on Draft kings is where it is right now (-3500). I grew up in the gaming industry (primarily sports betting) and the discrepancy between books would, at most, be a few percentage points. Nowadays they (mostly) set their own lines, but they all use the same metrics. There is virtually no way one book would have it at -3500 and another book would have it at -5000.
