I agree with the point that 3 losses crush NC aspirations. And 3 losses does not equal GREAT season. But all things equal, 3 loss and ranked 6 is better than 3 loss and ranked lower. How much lower is directly proportionate to how strong my feelings are.

We just need more years where 2 losses get a national championship.
BTW: We were the highest ranked 3 loss team.

I guess In the years we were ranked lower I always Felt like we should have been ranked higher.
Like sure we were a top 10 team this year, but it’s bullshite we were 17 in 2015.
It’s almost like the polls are more power rankings than an actual ranking of how teams did that year. Maybe that’s the point, but a team that loses 3 games early is rewarded for finishing hot and a team that loses 3 games late is punished, even if it’s all a matter of when the tougher teams hit the schedule.
I’ll ofncourse argue the other way if LSU loses games early.
Like sure we were a top 10 team this year, but it’s bullshite we were 17 in 2015.

It's related to the schedule.
LSU got the bump in 2007 because of the schedule, we got the bump in 2018 because of our schedule.

If he goes 10-3 next year I think We start talking about seriously moving on.
Les Milles was 37-14 in his last 4 years
O is 25-9 at LSU including his interim stats
That almost an identical winning % Les’s is actually slightly higher.

Those are the same people that had a lower opinion than me when we were supposed to be a 7 or 8 win team. They over react.
I think we were a top 10 team, no doubt. I just dont think that significantly different than other years.

Or 2012. We had a 10 win regular season ,were the top ranked 3 loss team at 14.
