Uh, no. He has the following people in front of him for two positions:
Rashard Lawrence
Breidon Fehoko
Glen Logan
Neil Farrell
And then he would have to beat out Nelson Jenkins.
I'm thinking he means 2020.
2019 is now "this year".

Well then, he should have fricking played hom more. Our DL underperformed a lot, especially early on.

This is dumb. We were making sure he was fully recovered from his knee injury from high school. That’s why he redshirted.

Yeah, could be. In 2020 he'd have to beat out five of Nelson Jenkins, Glen Logan, Joe Evans, Soni Fonua, and Neil Farrell

I hope this doesn't happen. His high school was awesome in his ability to fight off & bounce off blocks.

So we failed to recruit well up front at DE to add very much needed depth..
And, somehow we lose one of our most promising linemen for the future and also in the rotation next season.
Someone tell me how that adds up here? There is more to this than meets the eye (obviously).

Processing DL can't be the plan.
Not with the present numbers, future numbers, and numbers that won't be available in the Spring.
No big deal to me, just the exact opposite of what needs to happen for this program to get back where it wants to be.

I think this portal deal is a real pandoras box. It's basically making it easier for kids to shop themselves around. Sign of the times I guess.
What’s good for the coaches should be good for the playas.

I don't think Fonua is going to play DE in a 3-4. Looks like a Buck to me.

You really just can't help yourself can you.

Not shocking you would have this take. You seem like a highly educated person.

He lacks size, but good luck to him in the future. Maybe he goes to Tech.
