#LSU DL Davin Cotton has removed his name from the NCAA Transfer Portal, sources tell @247Sports.
The latest there as one player exits the portal as another enters. LINK LINK
Multiple sources tell @247Sports that #LSU freshman defensive lineman Davin Cotton has entered the NCAA transfer portal. LINK LINK

Man this is one of the 9 I didn’t want to see processed. He should stay and give it a better effort than a 1 year redshirt stint. Best of luck to him whatever he decides.

Certainly not the position we were hoping, but we knew attrition would be coming very soon after a full 25 signing class. Curious as to who else will be leaving. I imagine a receiver or two considering the depth there.

Doesn't necessarily mean he's leaving, but this is surprising and disappointing. I have a high estimation of Cotton's potential.

Very surprising from Cotton. You never know what is going on behind the scenes, but on the surface, this is incredibly foolish.
