Watching him play, I believe he bets on the games and against LSU. A receiver just can't drop that many passes accidentally.

He doesn't have a firm understanding of the position, and he has dropped quite a few balls lately.

Exactly, none bigger than early in the 4th when on that crossing route he had room to run. That drop was HUGE as it would have improved field position, continued a drive & eaten up clock, and would have provided more time for the D to reset.

With that said way too often inside the red zone he is not even on the field to draw coverage or go to him. It is inexcusable to not give him more reps & sets so he can become that reliable, explosive TE option. We better get the checkbook out too, b/c a host of other teams are going to call him.

Lot of work to be done to restore the program to playing complimentary, winning FB. Hopefully it starts this AM with a new HC announcement.

He would drop 3-4 anyway!

Then that’s on Hankton. Like Brown, the fact that any receiver has more than 3 drops is on the WR coach. He needs to be forcing them to catch 200 balls a day from a jugs or back up qb.

If a player is struggling with the same problem, it’s on the coach at the end of year 2 as far as I’m concerned.

The fact he doesn’t have 10+ targets in a game is criminal.
Yea so we can watch him drop 9 of them. He's a taller Barion Brown. Terrible.

10 targets per game and statistically he'll drop 4-5, not from coverage, just drops. Perception is the reality in Green's case. The guy needs a lot of coaching intervention or he'll be wasted talent

10+ Targets = 4 drops. At least two where no player is within 15 yards of him.

Another great player digressing before our eyes.

Can't wait for a new offensive staff. Just one more game.

Why? Because he tall? Height is one factor among many that contribute to a completed pass.

You know that tower they use at combines to measure vertical jump? That's a stationary object. Putting a ball in someone's hands involves about a dozen other variables.

Please stop.

He would drop 2-3 of the 10 targets.
