This is what I hate about baseball. The catcher/pitcher conference then a minute later, after no pitches have been thrown, the manager comes out, talks for 20 seconds, then replaces him. I get it, it's smart to let the bullpen get warm but I hate it,

Sitting him down helped us to win this morning. He’s been struggling. It doesn’t need to be personal. I’m behind every player on that roster.
But that said, most of us who’ve been complaining about his recent struggles WANT him to break out. He’s one of the leaders of this team. I would love nothing more than to see him catch fire starting with that hit.
