I’m stunned at how good these announcers are. I knew they were good with the Astros but that’s the team they follow all year.
The research they’ve done for this weekend is super impressive. They know way more than I would expect an MLB announcer to know.
These guys aren’t watching college baseball but they cared enough to learn it for this tournament. Hats off to these guys.

Yep, and yet ESPN continues to let Eduardo Perez call the CWS each year. Guy does no homework on the teams playing for the biggest event of the season and these Astros guys manage to go over and beyond for a one-off weekend
