TRUTH.
I have a group of friends that goes to the N.O. Bowl every year just for the hell of going to a bowl game and mainly so they can get away from their wives and party all weekend. They have told me that in the past they usually can score game tickets dirt cheap...they got 4 for $20 one year and found two tickets just laying on the ground another year

i was given two tickets to the New Orleans Bowl two nights before the game a few years ago. I didn't go.

Lol. Me and my son ran in a race last weekend and they gave us two NOLA Bowl tickets with our other freebies. They were at least 2000 runners.

I have friends who work in the Quarter & they said last yr's ULLLL fans were like country come to town personified. All those bright lights and all. Just ask them how their plans for that new 55K seat stadium are coming.

i have the unfornate duty of having to bring my son to the new orleans bowl with the scouts. i am wearing LSU and rooting for east carolina. at least they are purple and gold.

Screw him.. how many times have us fans traveled to Atlanta in the last 10 years. it gets old and on New Years Eve (big party night for my family that I hate to miss)

When my afforementioned friends went to the NO Bowl last year and wore LSU gear, they were continually accosted by ULL assholes asking them why they were wearing LSU gear to that game. What a bunch of frickers.

the bowl game itself is not shitty, its in a great city, the parties surrounding the games are 1st class, the bowl actually does a good job. The 2 conferences they have to pick from are not ideal but there will be 40,000 people in the dome and if you look at non BCS bowls that pretty good as far as attendance. I would be willing to bet the new Orleans Bowl has more people than the orange vowl this year.
