They'll be a battered and beaten team by the time they drag themselves into Death Valley.

And LSU will be fresh and healthy after back to back trips to the Swamp and Columbia.

All depends on QB play. I think our defense is going to be good enough to limit UGA on offense and make them make a few mistakes. Wether or not our offense can capitalize on those mistakes is going to determine the game.

Yep our defense won't have any say in the matter....

It's amazing how Bulldog fans refer to LSU as an also ran. On talk radio, more fans say they are worried about Arizona State than LSU. They think we lost everything last year and are rebuilding.

However, that's just what we want. Just think of us a good high school team with great facilities. Nothing to worry about - stay vanilla with your gameplans, etc.

The fall will more delicious for us to enjoy when it happens.

Well I'd be more worried about ASU right now. They have them on the schedule first and the need to worry about that one before they worry about the Tigers whom they play like a month later

With all due respect, I'll take my preparation advice from someone who ISN'T from Ohio State...for obvious reasons.

For all the opposing teams fans that want intelligent conversation and not blatant homerism, there are other boards on this site to go to

I honestly don't know any Dawg fans who would overlook a game in Tiger Stadium. That is just dumb.

As others have added, playing an out of conference game on the road can be pretty tricky.

ETA: Out of conference referring to ASU, not LSU.

I agree that UGA will not go undefeated this season. First off I do not want to be #1. LSU always gets overlooked in the standings, but this year they use the excuse about the QB position. I cant wait till Sat. so we can show the country what the BAYOU BENGALS are made of.

So OSU has lost 3 games in 2 years; as said earlier, there are at least 100 other programs who would want that, although it's probably more like 115

Except that all 12 SEC schools would rather lose 6 a year in the SEC than 3 every 2 years in the Big Slow Crappy 10.

Seriously, there's a couple of posters in this thread that need to think WAY before they type. You, my friend, are one of those people.

Very true. Not many tiger fans remember the 90s I guess!
Another vague beginning for a college football season. Some teams are going to surprise and I hope LSU is one of them.

are you seriously this fricking stupid? Since 2002 Ohio State is 66-11, with 1 national championship, 2 runners-up, 4 Big 10 championships, and they have played in 6 straight BCS games(going 4-2). Oh yeah, and they have a Heisman Trophy winner, too. But they're not successful.
