Anyone have a link to this article that bashed TM? It's been the en vogue thing for people to do. They call him another safety or lb. They are saying that he can't cover. The Bama game. You can't defend perfectly placed corner route passes. But they are using that game to judge him overall.

Mathieu is an absolutely fantastic player. He seems to be lacking a great deal in humility though. He's certainly not the first or only athlete to have that issue but it does come across as a rather unappealing characteristic IMO.

Agreed, but if he had that humility, he wouldn't be the player he is. Almost all eceptionally skilled, motivated people, in all aspects of life, are somewhat lacking in diplomacy and people skills. They lack patience for those who are not like them, and don't understand how people can be so soft and unmotivated. That's what drives them to success. They difference between him and the others like him in the past is the previous lack of social media. Everything he does is open for everybody to read and criticize. I'm glad he does what he does at LSU and not somewhere else.
