It's a "STATUS" thing. Your not the "IN" crowd in Baton Rouge unless you go to the game. My wife's sister (OLE MISS ALUMNI) doesn't know shite or care about LSU, but she "HAS" to be at the game.

Must be some Junior League crap.......

I drive in from N.O. with a friend for every game. None of our other "close" friends go. We go to see the Tigers. He brings his son. We stay to the end. His son has slept on the bleachers in the SEZ. We yell 'till we are hoarse.

After a long day "tailgating" it is a rough drive home. We do not give people a hard time for leaving early.

lsu marketplace?

Yes LSU Ticket Marketplace
People who have any tickets who can't attend a game put their ticket(s) for sale through LSU site, then get credit for the sale on the following year's renewal application. I use it for baseball when I am scheduled to work on game days. And you don't have to be concerned with counterfiet tickets. LSU will send the ticket to your computer so you can print it out. No need to meet up with someone to exchange tickets and money. If you have someone that you just want to give the tickets to, you can do that too. I like it.

The reason why many fans leave early is Tiger Stadium traffic is the worst that I have ever seen. I have been to numerous pro and college venues, and TS is the worst for post-game traffic. I don't know if it's LSU's or BRPD's fault, but there must be something that can help the traffic flow better after games.

ever been to Tenn, or Auburn?

Choose a better route.

Going back to N.O. I use Nicholson, flows pretty good once past Tigerland.

Perhaps it would be more constructive to figure out ways to compel those leaving early to stay and make noise.

Why don't you stick the thing above your balls in your ear. What a worthless post.

WTF is the point of going to the game and not staying, especially when its a CLOSE GAME!

I agree. In principal alone, I don't know why you would pay that kind of money to got to an event and not stay...a movie, play, concert whatever.
