Had to be the most he's played all year. Saw he was disruptive several times in the backfield. Add him to the list of young players to shine next year.

Anyone see something different?

He was the reason Lawrence had such a good game. He was eating up Double Teams

I think this is a good point. Also, it was absolutely hilarious watching Shelvin try and chase down their QB in open space.

Shelvin needs to lose 25-35 more lbs and get his arse stronger in better shape.
This is a contract year for him so maybe he has flipped the switch and realized he had to actually work.

A rotation of Shelvin, Ika and Livingston is going to wear on opposing OLs next year.

It’s definitely eye opening and hopefully a flash for next year.

It’s not easy for big guys to adjust to college level competition. So take longer than others. Hopefully this is a sign of things to come for big number 72

He set the bar so low earlier in the season, that I thought he played great by being able to play like 5 snaps in a row w/o looking like he was going to pass out from being so gassed.

He's CLEARLY made progress this year, and that is great news going forward.

He looks much better. It will be nice to have him as the backup NT behind Feheiko

He needs a better get off. Losing some weight will help with that. He needs to be 325-330. If he got to 325 he’d be really tough to handle.

I fully expect Fehoko to slide out to DE next season. That's a more natural fit for him. He will be much more disruptive on the outside.

I can’t see them sitting Logan to find snaps for Feheiko at DE

Feheiko gives them a lot of athleticism and he can run down plays along the line of scrimmage

Our defense would be better with Shelvin at NT and Fehoko, Lawrence, Logan and Farrell rotating at DE with Fehoko also rotating in at NT some. Ika is not gonna be ready next season. Dude weighed 372 at Army game yesterday. Livingston is a wild card.

Fehoko needs to play de.
Shelvin and anyone else should play the nose.
They make it sound like Livingston could play some but I doubt it.
Also Glen Logan hasn't impressed much

We will be able to go three deep with true NTs next year and keep Fehoko and Lawrence at DE. If everyone outside of Alexander comes back and one or two of the redshirt guys step up, we could have one hell of a D Line next year.

He sounded motivated in his pre-bowl interviews
