You know damn well Tulane will go with lefty with LSU season of poor batting against left handed pitchers.

This is a strange narrative the board has yet the numbers say otherwise for LSU. The gap on hitting lefties vs. righties is not that big for LSU. They hit lefties pretty well and I'm pretty sure it's above the league average in SEC too.

His numbers are not bad but he's pitching against much shittier competition. He's not pitching against one of the best lineups of bats in the country.

Tulane is fricking atrocious. LSU should be able to pitch Money against them and still drag them over coals. I'm guessing LSU will try Hurd.

But they’re hot. Ole Miss was trash in middle of last year.

I know you’re joking but Dutton shouldn’t pitch at all under any circumstance.

They were playing for their postseason life. They better be hot. LSU is motivated now too because it's postseason time and that's dangerous.

Yes, we're scared of Tulane enough to blow our #2 guy against probably the worst 4 seed LSU could've possibly drew. They're bad at pretty much everything. If they can beat us with guys like Hurd and Money on the mound LSU doesn't deserve to win the regional.

This is the perfect game to let Hurd continue to build his confidence to live up to his potential and let him dominate.
