I thought Patrick Peterson’s family moved to Baton Rouge while he was at LSU. Could be totally wrong on that tho.

No. People move all the time. In this family’s case, if there’s any short term hardship, it will be easily overcome in less than a year and a half.

If they could afford to live in Hawaii then they can definitely afford to live in Alabama. Hawaii is WAY more expensive than Alabama

Breaking the rules happen at every school.
Some teams push those limits to the point of where the ncaa just can’t sweep it under the rug.
The SEC and the NCAA, completely ignore everything going on in ttown. Alabama is allowed to get away with sooooo much more than other schools. Even when bama was horrible shooting themselves in the foot with poor coaching decisions, they were still getting away with more.

Nah....some of this is WAY beyond embarrassing...it's borderline insane.
It is Thursday evening of the week following the Saturday night game with Alabama and some this board is still full of bama crap.

The average price of a 4 bedroom home in Hawaii is $670k. The average price of a 4 bedroom home in Alabama is $160k. They could have sold there home and bought one is Alabama and still had $500k in cash left over to live in in Alabama

Do I really care? If this is true, and that is what it took to get him then several other teams offered the same package. He just chose them, that's life.

Yes it is. The best is the "Saban had to cheat at Bama" faction but in the same breath swear he learned this at Bama. Their reasoning is awesome. They want you to believe Saban got a program to the NC for the first time in 50 years clean as a whistle but then to get Bama back to the NC after about a 10 year absence had to have illegal help..
