In order to quit you'd have to show up. The team or coaching did not even bother to show up the last two games.

17-7.
Upvotes to downvotes.
The day Les loses to Rex on Tigerdroppings.... by a Les Miles score, ironically.

True, his teams recently are boring as hell to watch.

Maybe LSU should play like the Saints. Throw the ball all over the field, score a boat load of points and then lose.
That would work for you?

Saints fans don't leave early like this.

I urge you to leave this thread early.

At the pace of CBS games, fans can bring hops and grains into the stadium and brew their own.

That wasn't the question.

You should... to spare your neighbors the b.o.

True - It's because he's continued the culture of winning started in 2000. LSU fans don't care about staying at the game because they EXPECT LSU to win every one except Alabama and usually one ranked SEC home opponent. It's not worth their time to sit around and watch what to many should be a foregone conclusion. I would imagine that out of the 20 or so people that usually sit around me, at least 10 rarely see the middle of the 4th quarter, if they come at all. It's always the same reasons for leaving and or not attending:
"It's Kentucky, or Miss. St. (or enter any other struggling SEC team). I don't really feel like wasting time to come for a blow out"
or
LSU is up by 7 at the half. "It looks like we got this one. We're heading back to the tailgate to watch the 2nd half"
or
LSU is trailing by 3 at the half. "This is fricking terrible. I'm not sticking around to watch this shite-show"
or
The game is tied at the half. "We've been here since 9:00 am. We're going to head back to the tailgate."
or
"Where's (insert name)?" "Oh, he just decided to stay at the tailgate"
Bottom line. If LSU had an explosive passing offense that put them up by 10+ points at the half, fans would leave because "we should win. I'm going back to drink at the tailgate". On the flip side, if LSU is losing at the half, they leave because they are pissed off.
The South Carolina game this season showed you all you need to know about how "great" LSU fans are. Yes, it was very short notice, but 40,000 people? Really? I would be every other school in the SEC not named Vandy, Kentucky or Missouri, would have had a better showing than that. Even with the short notice.

So the product on the field is second to how drunk you get?

you have to be drunk to think Miles is a good coach, so that explains his opinion

I don't know what games you've been watching the last couple of weeks, but they sure weren't LSU's.

This coach is to blame for the increase in apathy in general. The university administration hasn't helped either.
I know it's hard for some of the younger more rabid fans to understand but you just get to a point where you have better things to do with your life. Personally, after watching us lose to Bama at home last year and then not getting back to my house until 4 am, I decided I have better things to do.

I call bull shite. because "his" brand of entertainment was wonderful when we were winning. watching LF barrel thru guys was the talk of the nation.
losing is what's not fun to watch. yea, some people are kinda ok with losing as long as lots of yardage is gained. all those passes are fun. but the bottom line is winning or losing. it almost doesn't matter how it's done.
