What Klubnik just did is exactly why Joe was an awesome QB and something JD hasn’t shown yet in his 10th year. Recognize the blitz and throw to the side of the field that’s vacated by the blitz.

He’s a true freshman in his first ever start. He wont be perfect. If their kicker would make a field goal this game would be almost tied.
It’s the little things he does that show he has potential. Dude isn’t in his 4th year as a starter with 43 sacks taken and a pitiful 12 TD passes in SEC play.
I would be willing to bet he has a better year than JD ever had next year when he is the full time starter.
