Clemson was so locked in on Green when LSU was in the red zone that they essentially double teamed him with man coverage.

On both of Leavitt touchdown runs (but particularly the second one where he gets bounced into the endzone) Green has a defender on each hip. In both cases, they are so focused on him that they essentially block themselves, not realizing that Leavitt is running until he’s already well past the line of scrimmage.

When you have a mobile QB, TreyDez creates serious issues in the red zone for any defense. His size alone is a massive mismatch and will draw defenders, letting a qb like Leavitt take advantage. Decide to bite on Leavitt, then he has 1 on 1 with a 6’7 tight end. It’s a no win situation for most defenses

You’ve got two go-to guys established in Trey’Dez & Winnie. Those are probably two of the best “gadget” kind of players Kiffin & Weis have had together at once. The next evolution in the offense will come with the presence of an outside receiver(s).

I’d like to see Philly Wright get some run against Tech, and if Jackson Harris can hold on to the ball I like what his skillset can bring.

TreyDez really really impressed me with his blocking and effort. Even when the play was completely not coming to him he was looking for someone to hit. It wasn't perfect every time, but that's totally fricking fine. His effort was outstanding and he's completely dialed in

Green was blocking his arse off all game. He’s such a mismatch, especially when being used correctly
