he shouldn't have transferred.

Why not? Les and Cam barely threw and only threw to the top two WRs and we throw to WRs even less now. If you want to think if he waited Quinn could be like Gage but he's doing Gage's career production every weekend at SMU.

Would have loved to have seen him ball out at LSU but transferring is the best decision he ever made. Dude is legit....He will be in the NFL if he keeps putting up those numbers...would have never sniffed them at LSU. Truth.

How great would it be to see Quinn grabbing passes from Tom Brady before Brady retires? I mean Edelman, Amendola, and Welker proved everyone wrong. Yeah, I know that some a-hole will point out that he isn't the best receiver on his team or he dropped a pass against Bama, but even the greatest receiver to ever play the game has dropped a pass. Wish him nothing but the best.

Seriously, let it go with Les or I could easily FIFY

See stat sheet last game.

Time to move on and let go. Whole new world.

Trey Quinn didn't blow the Bama game, Chavis and Miles blew it with their "prevent" defense, more than 1 game, in fact.

I am happy for him. I wish him the best in life and I am sorry that our fans turned on him because of a few drops. Our wide outs dropped everything that hit their hands this week. Move on.

Only thing that should be said about this is: "Glad he's doing well and found a system that fits his skills so well. Best of luck to a good kid."

Anybody who posts anything else is just an a-hole, plain and simple.

Russell Shepard is catching passes in the NFL these days. Quinn absolutely made the right decision.

To those referring the drops, Miles would never let our passing game get into any kind of rhythm, which hurt both our QBs and WRs. Then we would be forced to pass against Bama and wonder why it didn't just work. Not to mention the kid was a true freshman.

The misuse of talent and stubbornness with developing a balanced O is the biggest reason Miles is not still the coach at LSU.

Sorry I'm not impressed with him compiling stats in the all powerful American Conference. All I remember is a kid who was severely over matched against SEC defensive backs.

when Trey left, Les and Cam were still in place. and Cam had let it be known that he wanted bigger WRs. what exactly was he supposed to wait around for?

This what I don't understand though. Last season they moved Gage to wr. He's not that big and came in as defensive back.

SEC talk is way overrated. Alabama is good and the rest are decent at best. This argument is losing strength fast.

Umm, because he made the rt choice and moved to wr. But yeah he was misused at LSU. Not like he had better players on the team that were taking his play time.

Not a single wr caught the ball on Saturday yet you guys shite on the last coaches that have put several wrs into the NFL.

I remember 2 that was his fault as a freshman. Was in no way him losing the game. Our fans are getting dumber by the minute. Best of luck to the kid!!

Quinn has said he will always be a tiger at heart

I can't fault a kid for doing what he thinks is best for his future.

In the end this really was the best decision he could have made. Quinn now plays in an offense that fits him perfectly. They like to throw the ball, and it showcases Quinn's skill sets and abilities.

Even if he stayed at LSU, Quinn would never be able to showcase his talent like at SMU. If he were at LSU today, he maybe would catch a pass or two but the offense would still revolve around jet sweep motions.

I would think that this coaching staff would love to have him.
