Came a long way from dropping passes against Bama.

Good for him

Gotta love the selective outrage on here.

Lmao Arnold did not drop that. It was about as perfect a defensive play as he could have made. The rest of your post idc about bc you obviously trying to make things fit where they don’t

Careful...his family gets on here and scopes IP's.

The Rant ran him off after Bama game. Too bad.

Not developing receivers like Quinn has been a serious problem for the program.

I didn't see very many people complaining back then. The consensus was that he was just fell behind better players and decided to move on.

Happy for him but no one can say he didn't get a shot here.

He is a great wideout. I jest about his family because the Rant in 2014 and 2015 was obsessed with the kid. He was a pro all along. Handcuffed by Camerons crappy offense and parked behind Dupree.

I feel like every WR post OBJ/Landry has had issues with catching the football. It's rare that I see a team with 5 or 6 drops in a game unless I'm watching LSU. Then, if the WR transfers somewhere else, no more issues with drops. WTF is the problem?

I've been saying this, but nobody listens

Trey Quinn was the best WR on his team after he left LSU
John Diarse was the best WR on his team after he left LSU
Stanley Morgan Jr is one of the best WRs in the country (from Louisiana).
Jalen McCleskey had been the 2nd or 3rd best WR at pass happy Oklahoma St the last two years and now that he's transferring, Tyron Johnson is the 2nd best WR there. Both are from Louisiana, and one was with LSU.
The TE Irv Smith from Louisiana is dominating at Bama

Louisiana produces TONS of great WRs, even moreso than RBs, yet we decided to focus on the pro style power running game for a decade, and then moved to this hybrid shite we do now. Sure great running is a key component in winning titles, but we made that the only component.

The WR coaching has been the most God awful horseshite since Adam Henry left. How many more tons of WRs are people going to blame for drops, bad routes, and soft play, before realizing it is a coaching problem?

It's the same thing with the QBs and offensive scheme. We hire Cam Cameron who only ever coached up NFL QBs and expect him to mold projects like Rivers, Jennings, and Harris. Ensminger hasn't coached up a QB in 2+ decades (and only one decent one at that), and he's supposed to coach up Brennan, Parrish, and the other guys we'll have coming in?

LSU needs to stop with the washed up/outdated OC/QB coaches, and stop giving this infant and geriatric WR coaches the time of day. Get some proven COLLEGE coaches for these positions. How is it so hard to pick decent offensive COLLEGE coaches? Stop with all the NFL hires.
