OJ was found innocent, you didn't watch the trial
the glove did not fit, so they had to acquit

Just wait and the system will get to the bottom of Trey Holly's guilt or innocence

So you say it without certainty.

I’m not reading the entire thread, so if you answered this question I’m sorry, but how do you know these details?

Wow, your false bravado is really showing. It’s amazing that you want to declare some sort of philosophical victory without ever even attempting to refute any point presented in my post. The best you can do is point out a typo…

What miserable little man you must be…

And my legal career is doing just fine little man…

Why do you put GEAUX TIGERS!!! at the bottom of your posts?

I don’t know any details

I just can’t imagine they don’t have some ballistics evidence.

If my body and mind were potentially worth millions of dollars, I would stay home with mom and dad and study and go to church. frick the nightclubs and the culture. I would be doing push-ups and sit-ups until the NFL deposited my first check into my account.

I agree 100%. However and remove for the moment WHO has been charged.

What appears to be factual in this case is a woman was shot 3 times in the back a male victim was shot in the leg.

Regardless of who is accused in this case are you suggesting that 2 shooting victims shot a total of 4 times that 2nd degree attempted is over charging?

You’re absolutely right and I apologize for that fact. It’s hard to turn off that mindset.

In all honesty, I was really working pretty hard to not let my past dealings with a few (definitely not all) of the folks in local law enforcement in Union Parish.

I hope that the victims recover quickly and completely, and the perpetrators receive the justice that they have clearly earned. At the same time, I’ve witnessed instances up there where an innocent person sits in jail for months or years before trial…

One thing to support you is with only 4 shots, this is most likely a 1 gun crime. I doubt the three people charged took turns with the gun, so it is definitely possible 2 of the alleged perpetrators were over charged. Most likely so they would turn on the trigger man!

Even if the criminal charges are dropped they'll go after him in civil court because in all likelihood he appears to be the one that has a chance of earning money
