Brad Stevens worked wonders with a tiny guard in Isaiah Thomas, I love this landing spot for Waters. Compare Thomas coming out of college (16.4ppg 4apg 1.2stl) to Waters (15.6ppg, 5.9apg, 2.5stl) in a much, much tougher conference and you can see Waters having a chance to contribute under Stevens.
