Sounds like the move from RB to WR will work for Terrence Magee. Miles: "I think he will play on Saturdays."

He could be redshirted. They have 3 other receivers jus be ridding the bench that could produce. Boone Wright Williams Fobbs...ect and i hardly ever see these guys in the game

I was hoping to see Dural get a shot at returning kick offs. His film shows a very natural gliding form and from what I can tell his vision is there as well. Hope the knee fully recovers and we'll see him in the future.

Actually, it sounds like it isn't based on him saying he doesn't know if he'll be redshirted now.

There would be no question if he tore his ACL.

Has he had a MRI? I don't think anyone knows the extent of the injury at this point. It can't be definitively diagnosed on the field.

Ah, this explains Magee's switch.

Or partly anyhow

Maybe but I don't think the change was due to that as much as it was due to Magee not being able to see the field at RB.

3-4 weeks likely means torn meniscus. That's not anything to be worried about

When comparing it to an ACL tear; yes. However, being out 3-4 weeks is HUGE for a freshman. That's 3-4 weeks that his teammates are progressing while he is simply trying to get back to 100%

He was going to RS anyway, so likely the only reps he'll be getting is on scout team

Where did you get that from? Ive been hearing nothing but good things about Dural. He was the only lower class man WR to practice with the upper class at the beginning of camp and held his own. Rotated with the 1s during scrimmages. Sounded like he would be the only WR from last years class to NOT red shirt, granted that was before the injury. Im just curious to know where the info is coming from that Dural was a lock to red shirt this season, before his injury.

I heard reports that he was doing great as well before the injury, but the staff wanted to RS him so he could get stronger in the weight room before stepping onto the playing field

OK so you heard.... any facts? Just curious because I felt like Dural could contribute right away on ST and maybe even work his way into some PT at WR. All we have at WR is OBJ and Landry, who is going to be good but still unproven. Who knows what Shep is going to do or how much he will play. And James Wright looks good but hasnt been consistent in the past. I just felt like Dural could of worked his way into the rotation later in the year.
