I'm pretty sure if the NCAA cleared him, he can practice. The SEC would only be able to prevent him from playing.

The SEC office/arm of the University of Alabama is VERY scared of this man. There is no reason why the NCAA would clear him and the SEC office 30 miles down the from Bryant Denny would not.

I wish the SEC was a little more transparent about TV's situation. I'd like to understand what TV needs to achieve/acquire to get cleared by the SEC.
