This for the win.
And I was in the stadium for 96 Houston game. Couldn't believe what I was seeing.
Nearly all other fans left before 4th quarter.
Mealey had a damn good game also.

Cedric Donaldson against Florida in 1997 was pretty great. A good forgotten amazing individual performance is Jeremy Hill vs South Carolina in 2012.

Three performances that I thought were extremely memorable and glad to say I was there for each:
Cecil Collins vs Auburn, 1997
Jacob Hester vs Florida, 2007
Dominick Davis vs Illinois, 2002 Sugar Bowl

You know Reed's 2001 game against Bama was in Tuscaloosa. I could legit see Chase (or Jefferson) going off like that if it ends up truly being a shootout.

Josh Reed in 2001 against bama is definitely the best and most memorable performance I've ever seen at LSU.
Number 2 is probably Fournette vs Auburn in 2015.
After that it's a big toss up between a lot of great performances. Justin Vincent against Georgia in the 2003 SEC title game, Derrius Guice against A&M in twenty sixteen -can't type in the numbers, because the number six on my keyboard is not working- Rohan Davey vs Arkansas the week after Dinardo was fired. That was his coming out party and really gave me hope for the following season. But then we had to endure Josh Booty when Saban got here... lol. Took a while, but eventually we all got to enjoy the greatness of Davey to Reed.
There are tons more performances, but I guess I'll make Davey vs Arkansas in ninety nine -the number nine is also not working, apparently- my number 3.

I'll never forget that. Some of the pictures of his effort during that game are motivational poster worthy.

I always thought Cecil Collins was the best running back ever - and the world never got to see him. If he had stayed healthy we would’ve won a national championship with him on the roster.
