He is also 7-7 in SEC play since winning the BCS Championship. Just sayin'.

And all that without a QB... thanks Perriloser.

Not bad IMO.

I'd rather have Brandon Spikes as our coach than Tommy Tubberville. Guy is a great coach but has NO class.

.500 is good to you? It's someone's job to develop a QB. Did you know LSU doesn't even have a position coach for the QBs?

some of you and your blind love for Miles is outrageous. There are so many coaches that, with our talent, would be blowing teams out of the water. Not going damn near .500 in SEC play over the last 2 seasons.

Opinion!

And opinion doesn't make it so. It's quite possible that with another coach, the Tigers could have a worse record too.

Not sure why you think this would be a completely different team with another coach. We would have the same QB... and the same lack of a pass rush.

Totally unfounded! Blind hatred!

Did you know the Offensive Coordinator covers that duty. Just because its not listed like a fricking statute doesn't mean we don't have one you moron.

did you also know that that OC has never taken a Qb straight out of HS and made him a valuable piece of an offense in the future? Wouldn't you rather a guy who's sole job is to work with these young QBs instead of running around doing all of the duties an OC does? Moron.

Given the circumstances.. I said "NOT BAD". A lot of teams would kill to accomplish what LSU has... and a lot of coaches would kill to accomplish what Miles has.

ESPECIALLY UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES.

And opinions from idiot Rantards won't change that fact.

hey, I don't HATE Miles. I think he's a good guy and a great recruiter. But the little things like penalties and game management have been consistently MEH for 5 years now.

so you're okay with the fact that Alabama with equal talent has won 7..that's right SEVEN more games than LSU over less than a 2 year span??? If you're happy with that you should be a Tulane or ULL fan.

HOT DAMN! I didn't realize that Jimbo Fisher meant Gary Crowton. Sure some OC's can do it, but that wasn't the argument. The argument was that Crowton CAN NOT do it and he needs a QB coach on staff.

Again, name me a QB right out of HS Crowton has developed over time and made a valuable piece of his offense.

I do agree that we should hire a QB coach for the sole reason of development. Really don't see how GC is doing that good of a job.

Um what was there to argue? I was answering your question about .500 being acceptable... with my OPINION.

Name calling? Like when you call everyone a Moron? Hypocrite!

Am I an old man or Son? You got me enrolled in daycare and a retirement home all in 1 post. Make up your mind.

Now go back to your mindless trolling.

Am I seriously reading this?!?! We are now defending a .500 SEC record. I've entered the twilight zone! I have no blind hatred for Miles but he will NEVER take LSU to the next level which is exactly where FLA and BAMA are headed. Maybe for some of you maybe that is fine but to stand here and say that this is not possible at LSU is underachivement at it's best..

Also enough with the "on the verge of a 10 win season" I would love to see it but it's NO forgone conclusion! If we continue to make mistakes as we have, both OM and ARKY can easily beat us..like ummm last year!

News Flash! Every team makes penalties.

News Flash! Saban was one of the worst disciplined teams LSU has had in... forever. They were much worse in making stupid. Funny how that was a big knock on his teams when he was here... but now all of a sudden Miles isn't a good coach because of the same thing.

You are a joke elles

I'll become a Tulane fan before I'd ever root for a Tommy Tubberville team.
