No he doesn’t. Bama’s offense was better last year than this year with the same players. He’s def better than Sloan. I would demote Sloan to QB coach unless he takes another job then hire Rees as OC and TE coach

I would expect this since he tried to get Rees to come with him....

Nothing will change because it’s Kelly’s offense.

Why pay another OC when Bk can call the plays like Kiffin does for Ole Piss.

Cause it's not your money, and there is more to offensive coordinator than play calling.

As a TE coach more than likely.

Hopefully we keep the same offense that's been good for three years

He is terrible on game day calls which is Why BK took the play calling sheet the last two games!

BK did the same thing in Denbrock's first year, did everyone forget about that?

At the end of the day, it doesn't matter who is holding a play calling sheet. The only thing that matters are results on the offensive side of the ball.

I would say that the polite way to put it is that Sloan's play calling this year has left a lot to be desired. I don't need to be in the Football Ops building or in meetings to determine that.

Yes, the players have to execute, but the play calling is very predictable

Can he play DC? Might need one of those soon.

What would you call it? Offensive excellence? We got a guru on par with Kiffin and Sark calling plays?

Obviously not, but I don't know that he was necessarily bad enough to be fired.

He’s actually Passing Game Coordinator/TE coach for the Browns. I guess a similar position would be possible at LSU

If Nuss would run 4-5 times a game to extend drives, the whole deal looks a lot different. Oklahoma game prime example.

No way Kelly fires Sloan he may secretly try to push him out but to fire him should put more pressure on BK with all the staff turnover and failed hires. He has not been able to put a staff together.

Not getting plays in on time. Kelly yelling at him on the headset. Reminds me of o and peetz. That is something we can all see.

We can all see the vanilla arse predictable play calling. He had moments where he would put together a couple good drives but far to little.

I want my oc to use misdirection. All the good ocs use it. Do you think Sloan called great games this yr? Yes or no?

I have no way of knowing, I don't know what was called.

I also think it's interesting that people here claim they want misdirection and creativity however when those plays fail, y'all melt about the staff getting too cute.

I'm starting to think he is coming and its going to be CO-OCs. With Sloan Qb coach and Ree's te coach. Obviously Hankton would lose his CO-OC title but don't think it will matter that much if his pay doesn't decrease.
