He beat jimbo just now and saban with a 3rd string QB as the OC. Plus he's 40 years old, can relate to kids. After LSU goes 9-4 or 10-3 with immense talent and arguably the best running back we have ever had in fournette, let's do the right thing and get Herman.

Look boys Herman seems like a good recruiter and good coach but the only team on his schedule worth a darn was Memphis and he almost lost that game.

Only team he beat was Memphis...? He beat FSU, temple, navy, Cincy when they had gunner Kiel, and Louisville.

Any top coach would be a hero in LA with that type of talent. LSU runs a archaic, prehistoric offense and still destroys people because of the talent. They only stumble against teams with solid coaches with similar talent because Mile's is outcoached and doesn't know how to adjust to win those type of games.
