They made bad decisions. To be fair though all these guys were recruited with that 3 yr mindset. At least tolliver was anyway. I would think it a little tough for that to be the plan all along and then when the draft rolls around, staying another year.

Good thing prime recruits won’t see this crap. Both should have stayed. Come tomorrow both will be making much more money than you, much more than LSU could pay them. You are the worst type of fan. Ignorant retard.

The minimum is $400k with it increasing each year. Even if after 3 years they don’t play in the NFL again they would have mad a mill. I’m pretty sure they are gong to invest their money if they’re smart.

Invest if they're smart, but unlikely they will. Almost every young guy drafted in the NFL goes out and buys an expensive ride, lots of bling, stuff for momma and others. It's just the mindset of these young guys. Heck, that's why they decided to leave early. Not much chance they'll turn into investment advisors now.

Weathersby got $40k guaranteed. You do realize most average people make more than this, right?

I bet you also were pretty sure they would get drafted, just like half the morons on here that thought Darrell Williams could sneak into the 3rd or 4th round..

If the 40k number is accurate it won’t take three years.

The average guy playing in the NFL isn’t going to invest their money and grow their little nest egg.
