Toliver out for spring practice LSU starting cornerback Kevin Toliver will miss spring practice, Miles said, the second projected starter who the Tigers will be without during drills. Toliver, a highly rated freshman last year who started eight games, underwent a procedure to “clean up” his shoulder area. He was seen on campus in an arm sling. Miles said the injury is not serious, and Toliver will return for summer workouts.

Savion should fill in nicely. Also has a head start because he's an early enrollee

If Ed Paris doesn't step up during spring, he will get left behind, even further.

And people complained that we've signed too many DBs the last 2 years. Depth is so important.

Seems like he could make the switch to safety. Who knows, but hopefully he can get to see the field more often

Perfect time to develop other DBs. As long as he is on the field and in meeting rooms to understand Aranda's defense, he will be just fine

Really sucks because of the new system under Aranda. He better stay in the film room.

This dude is our best cover corner, hands down. He was a freshman last year and locked down most everyone he went up against. Again, he was a freshman.

He's a first round pick in 2 years. Book it.

Do whatever you can to get 100% healthy.

Toliver got dicked on quite a few fades and post last year.

I think Donte will be the better of the two when they graduate.

I mean both got beat their fair share, but both are young and I expect big things from both.

Donte looked silly on that move by the TTech WR on the bubble screen in the bowl.

Hopefully Aranda teaches him how to tackle.

He wasn't hands down anything over White. He is good and has lots of promise, but White's game is way more polished than KT2s. That isn't an insult. One was a junior the other a freshman.

White is the more refined player, but he has two years on him. White should have a huge senior $$$ year

Seems like Aranda is into man. ITs a lot easier to get into that system than a zone scheme.

KT will be fine and we know what he can do on the field and should only improve. If KT is fine for fall camp, this shouldn't be a problem. Other guys will get more reps especially in the contact work because White has earned his spot obviously. No worries here on this unless there is more than we know about the "procedure" which is always possible in Tigerdom.
