Today's loss was the truth of this team.

I hate to see lsu baseball in this situation but losing today showed a lack of team muscle to sweep like they are supposed too. We lack 3 positions in the field all year and about 5 pitchers that continuously struggle. These players shouldn't even be at lsu. There is a reason lsu is settling for less on recruiting. There is a reason better players as a whole are going elsehwere. It's been time for a change. Expectations of lsu every year and where the team actually is, isn't even close to being lined up...today just proved we can't even be middle of the pack. The team hasn't grown. No excuses for it. None. Any excuses just means your part of the problem at this point. Watching games is like pulling teeth and it has slowly for last few years gotten to this point. This is not going forward, this is going backwards.

Imo
We lack a
solid catcher,
1 solid infielder,
1 solid outfielder
We have several pitchers who cannot execute.
We shouldnt be hurting like this for players. Where should never be this young.
Sad but true. Not here to debate about whose young this and that. In the OVERALL scope of lsu baseball expectations, this team is nowhere close ,not even in the same country of what is expected at lsu and I'm not even saying Omaha, lsu expects to compete for the sec championship every year...we have fallen short of that feat many times in the last 5 yrs.....

We had an outstanding recruiting class this year. I give more credit to Cain than Mainieri for that. I think it is just time for change up top.

How does me “making excuses” on an an anonymous message board help PM keep his job?
I also don’t “make excuses”.
I have said a change is needed, I just don’t agree with posters saying some of the disrespectful shite they say.
I also don’t discount any positive like others, there is a gray area, it doesn’t have to be hate PM or love PM.

We were on the road. We won the series! What’s annoying is if we were doing better than what we are.... ppl would still be complaining about how we should’ve swept today. This weekend was a success compared to what we’ve seen this season thus far.

Break into the athletic dept & shred his contract?
Call every hour telling whoever answers the phone to fire him ASAP?
Send emails to everyone in the athletic dept demanding he be fired even though I am not a member of TAF & am not a season ticket holder?
Or is just shitting on any positive & calling a Hall of Fame Coach silly names like Pulmonary & Manure on an anonymous message board enough?

I wasn’t that upset that we lost, it was his PM managed the game. It was really bizarre and I still don’t believe that we have all the facts as to what really happened.

Yes it's frustrating.
After today I think lsu has proved we are not going to the "post season", we can't even beat a mid tier sec team. Yesterday or day before doesn't matter. TODAY lsu lost to kentucky.

Yes. If you want to emphasize something use bold, underline, or even italics. Putting quotation marks on something doesn’t emphasize anything except your lack basic education.
