Does it even matter? This season was a huge bust. There is very little excitement for playing on December 29th. It's like trying to hype up the undercard. We watch because it will be on

"he makes every game a challenge".......man, you said it all. Look at the E. Michigan game. The Eagles are the worst of the 128 FBS teams, but they were within a TD of LSU to start the 4th quarter.

SEC Network listed all the SEC teams' chances of winning their bowl games. LSU was 70% chance of winning - either 3rd or 4th best chance in the conference.

It should be an entertaining game, and unless Tech turns the ball over 3 or 4 times (which is VERY possible), then I just don't see a blowout either way.
LSU will score points on Tech, because that's what the Tech defense does.
Tech will score points on LSU because that's what Tech's offense does.
I see a game where both teams are in the 30's.
A 37-31 type game.

The only year A&M has had a winning record in SEC play, they blew the doors off of Oklahoma in their bowl game, the first of two bowl games they've won over Big XII teams since joining the SEC. It takes a real stretch of logic to claim that anything Texas A&M has done indicates the SEC is overrated.
And mind you, I agree that the SEC is overrated. I just don't think Texas A&M is evidence of that.
