Miles, may or may not, have deserved to be canned. Either way, whether you support our coach or not, the negativity has to stop and stop NOW. Support our TEAM and PROGRAM and keep the BS you have to say about Miles deep in your soul. So that one day when he's gone, you can bitch about him all you want to your little nega friends on this board because it won't matter anymore after that. Until then, choke on your negativity and "fake it till you make it" positive energy into our program.
1) I find posi/nega tiger b.s. immature and destructive. I don't like calling each other these things. there's nothing productive about it.
I do understand your point. With that said these people are to ignorant to realize that they are negative or that they can hurt the program.

The few that may say this aren't really LSU fans... don't lump us all together

I actually laughed out loud when you said y'all are the smart ones. We are going into year 12 of the Miles era. He has never won less than 8 games and in year 11 is more than a toudown favorite to win what would have been 10 wins, for the 8th time in 11 years...and in Vegas LSU is currently the favorite to win the sec next year and the 2nd pick to win the nc. .oh, and they currently have the #1 class in the nation for 2016.
Yes, I'd say you and your buddies are very smart indeed.

Yep....hell look at this ellllllsu clown...he just posted that they are truly the smart ones.

No it hasn't...and its not even close. The kids on this site have absolutely destroyed it.

In the first week of November Leonard Fournette was the overwhelming favorite to win the Heisman. How'd that work out?
Let's revisit those odds after the annual rush to the NFL draft by LSU underclassmen has passed.

I don't think so, Tim.

And you're stupid enough to put stock in this as if it really means anything? These predictions mean absolutely nothing. This isnt the first time LSU has been predicted to do well....only to fall flat on their faces. What's really changed in the last few years that makes you think this current coaching staff won't frick things up next year?

Miles has my support. I don't think he will win another SEC title (MAYBE next year), but whatever. It is what it is.

Factual my azz.

Lsu will always be put at a high level every preseason. They have the talent every year for this to happen. But we were also #2 in the country before November and what happened????? Look for of the same next year with les as the coach. If yall are happy with 8-9 wins a year at $4 million a year. Good for you.

apparently you missed all the posts from people on this board hoping LSU lost to Ole Miss and A&m.

By the way, it was the grumbling that almost brought about the much needed change this year.

Lastly, stop confusing people that are pissed off about Miles as being negative about the program or not a true fan.

The reality is these people are smart enough to see where this is headed and want our program to do something to avoid the inevitable direction under Miles.

Ya see I would never root for lsu to lose no matter the coach. But reality is that we aren't getting our money's worth when it counts the most. As fans. Now if it's time for a change. Great. But I still want to know the name of the coach that is available that will come in and do better than miles.

Yes, I'd say you and your buddies are very smart indeed.
Let's talk SEC wins and cut the cupcakes out of the conversation. He has won 6, 5, 4 and now 5 SEC games in the last 4 years. 5 of his first 7 years we won at least 6 SEC games. In the last four, we have done it once. He was also 5-2 in his first 7 bowl games. Since then he is 1-2. You don't have to be real smart to see that the program is not headed in the right direction. First seven years under Miles, we were an elite program. The last four have not been elite and we are continuing to trend away from that status.
Recruiting classes are great and I certainly understand the importance of having talent. Look at the talent that was here in 2010 and we went 5-3. At some point you have to turn the talent into wins and championships, Miles hasn't been able to do that since his first 7 years.
"Experts" also picked us to be in the playoffs this year too, instead we finished 3rd in the SEC West.

On this site the Nega-Tigers support the Program and LSU above and beyond anything
You are telling yourself this the same way my dad used to tell me and my brother he only drunkenly beat the shite out of us to toughen us up for the real world.
quote:
Posti-Tigers support Miles and will throw the School the State and the Players under the Bus before they will say a bad word about the man from OHIO
You tell yourself this to justify your own stupidity.
For me a "posi-Tiger" it's like me and my brother defending our Mom from our Dad. They were both our parents, and somehow we loved them both, but our Mom, flawed as she was (and my dad was god at pointing those flaws out)was not actively trying to kill us so The act of fighting my dad, which got pretty violent at times, was defending the Family as a whole, which he was part of.
Les Miles is flawed, and many posi-pumpers like my self were ready to move on, but the way it was handled was BAD for the family and the way you folks continue to degrade the man and pump negativity is BAD for the family.
MY dad loved us, and on his death bed he told me that his life was wasted and worthless because he let himself destroy the only thing he ever cared about, his family.
Nega Tigers love LSU, I have no doubt. They just let their hatred for Miles drive them and in the act of trying to destroy Miles, they are destroying the family.
Me and my posi brothers still love you nega Tigers, but one of us will hit you with a fuqing shovel if you come up in here swinging on our mo.. Miles again.
GEAUX TIGERS!

It's not negative to say: "our left flank has been turned, we need to withdraw and consolidate our lines."
I agree that these are not negative statements. When communicated in this way they are constructive comments worthy of discussion. The problem is that too many posters use the anonymity of a message board to justify the use of hyperbole and profanity as an expression of opinion. This polarizes every discussion and undermines the chance for real conversation. I know this is the "rant" but it is frustrating that every topic becomes polluted first by diatribe and then by this constant argument over who is responsible for being too negative or too positive to allow for civil discourse.

11 years of Les Miles and we have one QB that he has recruited that could fully command the position
Good post. My take on it is that Miles' gamplanning and control over the offense is what makes it so tough for QBs to succeed in our offense. BH6 would probably look a lot better in Auburn's offense. Our recruiting of dual threat QBs and what we then ask them to do has a lot to do with this.
We could get the best QB coach and OC in the world, and I'm not sure Miles wouldn't find a way to turn our QB into a low completion percentage head case anyway.
To the OP, we need the negatigers. An upset fanbase will produce change when you need it, and we need a change at HC. It will take care of itself. Miles will do the same ole shite next year and people will finally say enough.
