Worst called game I've ever witnessed.

Yep, worst called I've seen, too. No less than 11 bad calls that all went against LSU.

The replay showed no real block in the back.
Even Danielson thought it was blocked clean. Close but clean

They had a ton of penalties that weren’t called. I could hear the fans booing after seeing it on the Jumbotron. Missed holding calls and one specific block in the back on our defender as he was about to tackle their rb. They got their asses handed to them after the first quarter. frick them!

That sounds more like a gump. They act like that missed call cost them a 20-0 lead? And they call us corn dogs.

Post more pics of those calls if you got them
There was an old internet version of that pic that had a referee with Ray Charles sunglasses on in the background. Anybody know where that pic lives?

I don't think it was a missed call. I think it was Gage with the break-free block and he hit him perpendicular to the shoulder pads which turned him. In other words, after the block Gage is to his back, not when contact was made. If he'd had tried to sustain that, it would've been in the back.
Almost the exact same type of block on the other side of field got Chark around the corner, but that one I'd like to see again.
I guess the third one is the Stevens block, where he just screened, one Barner pushed the other into his back, and then they both just fell down. Perfect screen block by Stevens with a poor angle (great decision on his part).
ETA: should start teaching coverage teams to just spin and put your back to a blocker if play is overrun. If you can't spin, it's holding. If you spin, and they are sustaining it, you get block in back call... you know they'll call it. They call those away from the play all the time.

If you watch the replay carefully, the AU player actually initiated the contact which, IMO, was incidental anyway

If I remember right the exact thing happened later in the game except it was an Auburn receiver and our guy intercepted the ball and they gave the ball to Auburn on a penalty for interference.

Even if it was a marginal call. The Auburn player was never going to catch and tackle Chark.
The play was not impacted by any illegal block. That can't be said of all the interfernce calls by Auburn missed by refs over the years. Not to mention the holding Auburn committed against LSU and particularly Arden Key during the game.
Auburn is a bunch of pussies and always has been. Let them cry.

LSU has had so many bad calls that decided the outcome of our games with both Auburn and Alabama, I could care less if he happens against them.
