Remember, the grass isn’t always greener on the other side. Get ahold of yourselves, we’ve won 22 games and on the way to being a 5/6 seed. Realize the future is even brighter

The fans who truly deep down are hammering for Wade to get fired, probably think we can swoop up Prime Time Phil Jackson off the streets. These people are nuts.

No, it’s CheeriO’s who have some weird jealousy towards Wade and think firing him somehow justifies O.

The posts that get me are the ones that call anybody who supports the Coach sycophants as a preemptive strike to somehow justify shitting all over WW and the program.

There are teams that would fire their current coach to pick up Wade if he became available. People forget the guy is 39. Most coaches don't peak in their 30s. He's fiercely competitive and he's not going to rest on his laurels. I think he's a fantastic long-term coach. LSU fans need to try to have a little perspective.

There are undoubtedly sycophants for all coaches at any program. But if you are going to criticize with the idea that LSU expects more out of a coach in a program then you need to have facts to back you up. With Wade, there is no way to look at his record and think he is underachieving relative to what the program has done in the last 100 years. Another year or two will show if he has plateaued, I don't think he has.

Now do LSU Womens Basketball from last year

Then do LSU football from last year

So you don’t trust Woody to do his job then?

Or they have objective standards, unlike yourself.

Wade isn't getting fired this year. Next year is his crossroads. He's Les Miles without the championship, so far.

because out track record in basketball is so good? Our facilities are top notch? Our fanbase loves basketball?

Stop thinking this is LSU football or baseball

yeah he took over a program that won a NC 2 years before, has unlimited resources, and has 50-70% of the recruits he needs he can get instate?

Also tell me when Les totally remade one side of the ball like Wade did with defense this year?

Basketball is a 1-2 year turnaround for a decent coach.

Wade is the Miles/Orgeron model. Excellent recruiter, below average bench coach. He's averaged top ten recruiting. Just can't duplicate it on the court.

Explain how a below average coach has had teams in the top 10 in offensive efficiency and top 10 in defensive efficiency in different years.

Tell us what he's below avg at?

Guess Calipari sucks to - hasn't won a NC in 10 years or been to a FF the last few even with top 5 recruiting classes every year

Oates and Mussleman also recruit top ten talent yet haven't won anything

Barnes should be fired also

Pearl has the #1 pick in the draft - should he be fired if they don't make the FF?

Let's be more accurate with the years. Les Miles won the national title in year 2007, year 2003 is when LSU won under Saban. That would be 4 seasons not 2

Miles championship had 3 of his recruiting classes and one class from Saban.

Let's give Miles the credit for winning the championship in 2007.

Wade is building a program and next season the team will win some big games. Leave Will Wade alone and let the man do his job, no extension until he makes a deep run but no firing talk either.
