Ron Cooper couldn't have coached him better than that.

Its hard to act perfectly real with a camera in ur face knowing tens of millions r watching & what's all depending on it. Plus he knows the importance of this and probly could not help but practice what he was going to say in his mind over n over again. He did not have to address the public at all and could have just answered all of this to the NFL evaluators themselves behind closed doors. Took a lot of bawls if u aks me to address the weed as he did and the self abuse, he pulled no punches in classic Tyrann fashion.

I do not doubt a large part of him feels this way. People are all mixtures of different selves in segments. Kid has been through an awful lot. It takes time to find one's way for many in this life. When I was his age I was a whirlwind of dysfunction and didnt geaux thru one quarter what he did. Still one of my favorite Tigers all time. Saban never would have cut him, but then again, he never gave him a shot to begin with.

Saban didn't even offer him a scholarship.

But I agree with most of your post.

I also like what he said about Miles and the coaching staff.

Always a Tiger.

I think he duz, saban was an undersized db himself, 5'9" 175. sound familiar? Tyrann was the greatest fumble forcer of all time in the college game. Not just anotha playa.
