watching the replay and noticing a lot of times TJ Dottery communicating with guys and helping them with their assignments and then right after the snap, the defense making a big stop.

It's clear why Kiffin brought him from ole miss and brought him to media days.

I think he is maybe the biggest addition for defense. Him and Whit on the field together is incredible for the defense

He dropped a pick 6. Ole Miss fans told me he was a mediocre linebacker despite him being a big reason in the playoffs they made their run.

I was at the game and that was the first thing I noticed. When Clemson shifted the LSU defensive backs were actually taking about their new assignments and making sure everyone knew what adjustments were being made to avoid a missed coverage. That's a well coached team and players invested in winning.

Who had the 'green dot' (only back from out-of-town today and going to watch the replay)?

Maybe but there is stiff competition with Prince and Ross and Ty. Hell Ross had like 3 or 4 plays almost in a row when the game was still close that helped blow it wide open.

Whit has the green dot on D.

TJ would have it if it wasn’t on Honkey badger.

The D was communicating really well, the only real missed assignment was their running back that ran a wheel route. He wasn’t gonna go for 6 though like they said on the broadcast

And he and whit are locked at the hip.

Having 2 straight up leaders who are also ballers is fun to watch

Benefield was also very impressive. Looked like a leader for the secondary as well.

Ole Miss fans also said Lane Kiffin wasn’t the reason Ole Miss made the playoffs either.
