Not a Saints fan but I agree. Can't believe how often they wear those solid black pants over the gold.
Looks like they're wearing leggings out there. It's even worse when they have the black jerseys on too.

A consistent, classic brand is more powerful and lasting. It is marketing 101. Our uniforms, colors, logo, etc. are all integral parts of our brand. One uniform change might be fun for a handful of recruits one weekend, but I promise being consistent carries more weight in the long term.
Look at Alabama and USC.
The only school where crazy uniform changes helps them recruit is Oregon because of Nike's investment and because Oregon has no classic brand. Their brand is not having consistent look.
I love how LSU has started standardizing the helmet tiger logo on everything. We have really begun to develop better branded materials.

I'm good with the best uni in all of college. Our home whites.

There’s a reason we’ve tried that color combination only one time.
It is the ugliest uniform in the entire history of LSU football.
The only thing that could make it worse would be white helmets.
It is noxious and evil.
It is execrable and vile.
