Maineri = because ell and his herd hate him
Dunn = because the pitchers got hit.
Cannizeri = because LSU's hitting was weak.
The weatherman = cold and rainy.
Javi = just because

Time to fire everybody

No fan base wants to fire coaches like the LSU fan base

Don't bitch about people wanting coaches fired when you incite them with these threads

Mainieri just blamed the loss on the weather. That's like Jones telling the media his basketball team had energy

He most definitely did not blame the loss on the weather. I swear some of you just hear what fits your agenda.

He didn't? Why did he bring it up in his list of excuses for his team's performance?

Because no matter the outcome, playing 18 innings in a day and 27 in 24 hours is taxing on any team. Little league, LSU, or the Boston Red Sox. He didn't blame anything on the weather just mentioned that it's another reason this weekend was difficult. Which it was.

Didn't realize Bama played in a different stadium. Carry on then.

Don't both teams have to play 27 innings in 24 hours this weekend?

That's shitty logic

Because it was a factor in the game. And he is trying to make sense of what happened like the rest of us.

Tomorrow is a new day, have patience

I'm sure this sounded a lot more clever and original in your head.

Now I'll accede to your wishes and get off your lawn.

What happened was his team didn't hit with runners on base. Not sure what that has to do with the weather. What happened was Lange fell apart in the 7th half an inning after he decides to squander his team's best opportunity to score in the game by not bunting a guy to third. What happened was he gave up on the win in the 8th of the second game when down just 2 runs puttin in Bugg who has yet to show this year he can be reliable at all. What does the weather have to do with any of those situations?
