I guess this thread pretty much describes LSU's fanbase. I came in here as cool as a cucumber looking for a little mutual respect and instead I get attacked by every poster.

Question...why pay the extra money to attend LSU vs. going to UL to recieve the same piece of paper? Do you really think your going to get a 'better' job? do you really think the employer really cares where you attend? Do you think you will get hired because your paper has LSU written on it? Do you think your smarter because you attend LSU? just curious....

Answer ME this then. Why is it that this shits only happening between LSU and ULL? Why not LA Tech? Why not Nichols? Why not ULM? Why not even Tulane?
Its because YOUR fanbase has penis envy. Sorry for the reality check. Its not like some day, LSU's fanbase spontaneously thought up, "hey, out of all the universities in Louisiana, lets start fricking with ULL. Sorry dude, but it was started from YOUR side of the fence.
You are NOT our major competition in Football, or Baseball, or Basketball. So tell me why this "rivalry" exist?

Just, don't discount LSU for it's athletic budget, when your team is getting arse raped four times a year to collect the monies.
ULL has to be creative and philanthropic to maintain Div. I status for home games, in order to schedule these pay days.
If the university really cared about these kids, it would be the dominant I-AA program it should be.
Of course, you would have to get past McNeese.

I'm not even an LSU graduate and will tell you that the same candidate from LSU vs ULL/SLU, etc will get the job every time in Louisiana
