This post would make a little bit of sense if we were talking about the running game.

About Chester, hes super tall for a C, has been the weak link of the line at C. Echols was very highly rated, has great size for C at 6-3 315, I wonder if he'll get a legit shot during the off-season. I'd have to think he was told he'd be given a shot for him to decommit and come here, and it's not like Chester has 3 years experience on him, just one

I wonder if they consider shifting Chester to G next year if Echols shows potential at C. It would be a better fit for him at his size if he can improve his strength at the point of attack.

There is no growth without pain. Chester has struggled all year to work cohesively with the guards.

Agreed but there were 7 penalties in the first half and only two attributed to Chester. So even if you take out his there were 5 in one half.....that's egregious, hell Ole Piss only had 4 against us in the whole game and we were much louder....not sure what the deal was - we did much better in South Carolina in that regard and they were absolutely louder than the Arky crowd.

Yeah he should prob teach no false starts this week. Must be too busy teaching other stuff like pass and run blocking. No excuse for them to be so bad. Prob would have won had he worked on no false starts.

As bad as the penalties were in the first half and you blame the coaches, I don't recall a single motion penalty on the OL in the second half. So I guess they rectified the problem.

Need to call it like we see it. Get the problems fixed.

Do you give him credit for FIXING the problem in the second half since you're giving him criticism for the first half?

Once again, nothing of substance contributed by TigerBait2008. Never any original thoughts or ideas. Just mocking other people’s posts.

Keeping the streak going I see, my boy

I'll take 11 penalties every game that we win 34-10, on the road in the SEC

But it was frustrating and the players need to be more focused......

Noise was not the problem. They know the cadence. No excuse.

Chester seems to be regressing at the most important position.
He's getting pushed around alot.

I can't for the life of me figure out why he, specifically, keeps getting false starts.

All I got is that he's late on snaps. If he's that late, that often, holy shite. It is unheard of.

OTs, on the road, false starts are going to happen. We have, however, gone well beyond what is expected. Sometimes at home.

Gonna have to look at Nuss and his cadence. That's a possible explanation. Especially if it is changing in some manner over the course of the game.

Our o line is fine. Quit complaining. They protect their qb and we are able to run the ball.
