I know we have a tough schedule this year.. But .. I’ll bet a dollar to a dime that if you ask Miami , Auburn , Georgia , and Alabama players to name their top three toughest games they expect to play this year ...they will all name LSU as one of those games .. agree ?

Top 3 toughest really isn't that high of a bar to meet...especially if you are playing on the road.

Damn expectations for this program have really plummeted in the last couple of years.

You have no idea about Washington. Just another Miami. If ga and bama are so superior to lsu, why do you keep saying 10-2 no excuses?

Look at our opponents schedule the week before our games with them. This will tell you what you need to know. It’s not scheduled at random.

UGA and Bama aren’t that superior to LSU. There’s a gap, but it’s not that wide. Hell, MSU took bama to the wire last year.

Good coaching can make up for whatever talent gap is between us and those teams. And yes, it also takes a little luck.

Nah. I bet Auburn has us checked to avenge the loss from last year, but I don’t think we rise to the level of toughest game for bama and Georgia.

Okay. Name bama and ga's tougher 3 games, than at lsu, before bamas bye.

If those are the only 2 teams that are superior to LSU and LSU only loses to those teams, wouldn't that be a 10-2 record?

actually i said sec west title and no excuses. and LSU should be able to meet a superior bama team in tiger stadium on a saturday night. it's the ultimate homefield advantage when the crowd is into the game.

I don't see any reason that this team shouldn't be able to beat a more talented team this year in Tiger Stadium. Head coach's second year with a what we think is a quality QB and we know an elite defense.

2014 LSU should have beaten a bama playoff team at TS if not for the personal foul/chavis going brain dead. and that team was incredibly underwhelming.

At some point we are going to have to start beating teams like Bama and UGA to get to where we want to be. Why not start now? Obviously I'm not suggesting we should expect to win both this year or he's not doing his job or anything like that.
