How to best utilize Perkins

I don’t have any coaching experience , but for you guys that do , I’d like to know why we can’t put Perkins in a “spy”type position on every play and let him roam the line and attack the play any way he wants. He can blitz from the left or right , or fill the gap if he sees a running play , etc.

I'd prefer to have 8 team playoff.
1. automatic bid for The 5 conference champions
2. automatic bid the next 2 highest rated teams that are not conference champions.
3. one " at large" pick by committee.
Set the bracket up based on final season rankings highest ranked plays lowest ranked , etc.

2. 5 power five champs automatic entry
3. 1 (or 2) at large bid(s) 4. Highest ranked "group of five" receives team automatic entry
5.#1 Rated team gets a bye the first week
( if #1 rated team is winner of power five conference , then there are 2 At large bids )
6. 2 thru 6 ranked by playoff committee
7. #2 plays group of five team in first round
8. #3 plays #6 in first round 9. #4 plays #5 in first round 10. next round of playoffs determined after first round with highest rated playing lowest rated ,etc. See ? that was easy !

I wasn’t talking about team rankings .. I said if you asked the players to name the three toughest games on their schedule .. that LSU would be on all their lists .. I guarantee you Auburn is more concerned about LSU game than Miss.St. .., you could make a good case for Washington only because they are highly ranked and because it’s first game of season ..

I know we have a tough schedule this year.. But .. I’ll bet a dollar to a dime that if you ask Miami , Auburn , Georgia , and Alabama players to name their top three toughest games they expect to play this year ...they will all name LSU as one of those games .. agree ?

I understand your point ...but those guys didn't donate $135+ Million dollars to Clinton Foundation out of the goodness of their heart ... especially at the same time as they were trying to make this acquisition ....if you are trying to convince the majority of this board that no influence peddling took place .. I think you are mistaken .... and if you truly believe that contributions and huge speaking fees were just coincidental ?

Just wondering what everybody thinks about what's happening with the NFL right now..Players are not backing down..and fans are tuning out ..( myself included ) ..it seems something will have to give at some point..especially when MAJOR advertisers quit or demand lower fees..
I'll be hard pressed to start watching again...what's your thoughts on this ?
