Hey lakeboy…..
You’re Another moron for our viewing pleasure.
The strings topic was S&C and Coaching.
Yes the DL is strong …. But it doesn’t negate the fact our offensive line is getting blown off the ball 2 years in a row !!!
Last years OL had 4 draftees but even they were physically weak and got blown off the ball every single week /weak !!!!
In our current OL …. that’s 2 years in S&C but They are still weak…. getting blown off the all every week.
This being said… it also points to coaching; maybe IMproper techniques are being utilized… because OL is surely not overcoming their lack of strength at the moment.
For you to simply dismiss these concepts by simply and easily stating “DL has same S&C” .. “Case Closed” …..
It reveals and unmasks the fact you are a Simpleton who can’t reason or analyze.

I dont think you are wrong....our avg weight is 315lbs and they look rather slim for olineman

Kelly needs to be more hands on with the offensive coaching and game planning. The players look the part yet they are not being coached properly and thus are not performing.
I actually wonder if it may be the opposite. Brad Davis came in under O and took a shite O-line in the beginning of the season to a pretty good one by the end of the season. Whatever it is, scheme, coaching, personnel, it isn't working. That's with adding Atkins to the mix.

Why are we firing Sloan?

We can replace him with Sam Pittman at the end of the season. Probably the best offensive line coach in college football.

Up there for best OL coach in the history of football. And my buddy was on the S&C staff at GA and followed him to Arky and said he is the nicest, most relatable human he’s ever been around.

During the broadcast last night, they did mention Kelly demanding the coaches change their stance to a 3-point stance.
I noticed our OT’s were in 3-pt stances, especially on running obvious downs, and it seemed to get a semblance of push on the DL

OL is puddin soft.
Likely due to mentality and coaching.

sloan and davis should be fired at end of season anyway
Sloan and Davis are not the strength coaches.
Maybe like DB Coach and DC, that Kelly fired, and then were forced to rehire, we should rehire the Strength Coach that he fired, as well.

How does a S&C coach help an OL learn how to protect against basic stunts and twists by DL?

(Richard Dickson tries to say this in the nicest way possible on every post-game show with Hannigriff)
IDK, I listen to their podcast every week and Hanny once or twice every one of them, has to - in the nicest way guide him back to reality when he gets a bit outside the lines on his takes.

Hey LSUgrad……
Was your degree in home economics or basketweaving ….. because you’re certainly not on point.
If you did graduate… I think you should Geaux back and get a refund….
They may have taught you a very very specific skill so you could make a living….
but they apparently did not teach you how to think logically ….this earned ability makes someone an intelligent person.
Apparently, you missed the train.
I can absolutely think logically, and I can use hard facts to support the logic.
I know for a FACT that the entire team, from Nuss to Ramos and everyone in between has the EXACT SAME STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING staff.
I also have seen our defensive front absolutely obliterate everything in their path this year, while I have also seen the offensive front struggle to dominate.
Given the above as true, it is very illogical to determine that it must be the fault of the strength coaches. Common sense might lead one to actually believe that it might be coaching of the necessary skills might be lacking.

They haven’t had a decent offensive line since the championship year.
