I think updates to Tiger stadium will be few and far between in this age of NIL. Donors have only so much bandwidth to donate for just a half dozen nights per year and that donation is now being split between infrastructure improvements and payroll for the players.

The main thing they need to do is turn most if not all of the East Upper into club and suite seating. There would be a waiting list upon completion, lower the stadium capacity driving more people to fill the lower bowl.
It would also be awesome to build out on site food prep with commercial kitchens and somehow have it access the lower bowl concessions in a timely and efficient manner. Its inexcusable that they cant even make fresh popcorn on gameday due to lack of facilities.
Personally, I could give a shite as long as I can get a sprite mixer and the occasional shitty food offering before the second half kicks off. But if you want fans with younger families to stay the entire 4 plus hours in the stadium, you need to provide amenities to offset the unsolvable traffic issues.

Honestly Tiger Stadium seems to be a shite hole compared to the other stadiums I’ve been to in the conference. Don’t get me wrong it’s historical and the environment is what makes it but there’s no reason it can’t be both modern and retain that same environment.
More boxes on top of the NEZ that connect to the east/west sidelines.
Modernize the lights. They look very outdated. I mean the actual light fixtures. Look at South Carolina or Bama for example.
Modernize the concourses. Made it more pleasing instead of it looking like a bomb went off.
Make the fan experience for the average fan more enjoyable. Sure the ones sitting in the stadium club have a great experience but the ones in the upper deck should also have a nice experience and not feel like it’s a total hassle just to go see their team play.
Sat in the upper deck at Bryant Denny and I must say that it was nice, clean and an easy in and out experience. Restrooms weren’t a total dump. Confessions were normal. It was clean and not looking like concrete from the 20s. Same exact opinion of Kyle Field upper deck.

-Renovate to add cooler and freezer space. Instead of Aramark let local establishments rent the spots and serve their food. TS can still have some spots for basic stuff like nachos and hot dogs
