Tiger gift shop by Mike’s closed down?

Place was never that great anyway, but walked by Shop by Mike’s cage as I walked my Pit Bull today, and shop is empty. Anyone know if they are permanently closing or just remodeling? Also, FWIW my Pit Bull barked at Mike.
